Tile floors in the kitchen, foyer & powder room were acid-cleaned & recolored in June. In 2015 the Great Room was fully renovated; room taken down to the studs and all new drywall walls & ceiling were added along with new trim on all 7 sliding doors. The laundry room was an extensive remodel; master plumber installed new copper plumbing & gas line with new lines run in the ceiling joists & to a new gas-line manifold in the crawl space, drywall walls & ceilings were replaced with new green mold resistant drywall / new water heated was installed in June '16 / new laundry room sink, high hat LEDs & 3 new utility doors were also installed. Also in June '16 new 200-Amp electrical service & Siemens 40/80 circuit panel were installed. In June the 4-car driveway was completely repaved, comes with a 5-year warranty against any cracks and the driveway will last for years to come. In July a Kings Court paver walkway was added along with 15-yards of mulch to extensive landscaping throughout the property. All the carpets were removed and all the hardwood floors were refinished, in the family room Bruce hardwood floors were installed.
